STAMP. SIGN. VERIFY.
Connect an issued document to its record. Recipients can check its status and compare the PDF they received without signing in.
FOR THE PERSON RECEIVING IT
Scan its Cigned QR code or open its verification link. You can also enter its verification reference on the lookup page.
No account required. Comparison checks a received PDF against an existing record.
FROM PDF TO PUBLIC RECORD
Scan the document’s QR code, follow its link or enter its verification reference.
See the available issuer details and whether the record is active, revoked or superseded.
Optionally upload the received PDF against that record to check for an exact file match.
KNOW WHAT EACH RESULT MEANS
A PDF can match the issued file even when the issuer has revoked or replaced its record. Read both results before relying on it.
An exact match checks file bytes. It does not independently confirm the truth of the document’s contents, the signer’s identity or their authority.
Your PDF matches the recorded issued file.
The received PDF is byte-for-byte identical to the recorded issued file.
The file differs. Editing or re-exporting can change it; a mismatch alone does not prove fraud.
No comparison conclusion was reached. Follow the page’s guidance or contact the issuer.
CONTROL WHAT YOU SHARE
Select which document, issuer and recorded mark details recipients may see. Sharing the issued PDF is optional and off by default.
Revoke a record or mark it as superseded by a newer verified output. Status changes do not rewrite the completed PDF.
Team appearance settings support verification-page styles, logos, accent colours and contact links, subject to the record’s sharing choices.
VERIFICATION QUESTIONS
The QR code opens a record. Check the record status and compare the actual PDF for an exact match. A code copied onto another document does not make that document match.
No. Current electronic signatures are visible images or typed marks. Verification records and file comparison are available capabilities; certificate-based PDF signing remains Phase 2 work.
Public verification does not automatically grant access to the issued PDF. The owner separately chooses whether to share it and which details are public.
The comparison uses a temporary upload and does not save it as a new document. File-size and request limits apply. The current comparison limit is one PDF up to 20 MiB.
Follow the status shown on the verification page. A superseded record may link to its replacement. Contact the issuer if you need clarification.
You can scan its QR code to view the record. Exact-file comparison requires the PDF file; it does not compare paper copies, scans or photographs visually.
